We have discovered an issue affecting the accurate reporting of user account status and we need to perform some immediate work to mitigate this. The issue does not affect local directory integration accounts.

This essential maintenance work will take place on the OpenAthens administration area throughout today. We do not anticipate it will cause any issues but there is a small chance that administration area performance may be affected. This will not affect the single sign-on service.
