An outage occurred between 08:34 and 11:21 BST during a routine upgrade of the Managed Proxy service. Customers accessing certain resources via the Redirector (https://go.openathens.net). During that time users would have seen a phishing error.

We applied a fix as soon as we became aware of the incident which restored the service to full functionality.
