A fix has now been released to resolve issues with the OpenAthens Federation which prevented users from authenticating to several resources. Affected Service Providers have been contacted and asked to refresh their copy of the OpenAthens Federation metadata in order to pick up this fix. Users may continue to experience issues until the affected Service Providers refresh this metadata.

All OpenAthens issues relating to the following JSTOR error are now resolved:
"JSTOR requires urn:mace:dir:entitlement:common-lib-terms entitlement attribute, which is not present."
If you have configured your permission set(s) in the OpenAthens Administration area to release this attribute and you are still seeing the above error, please contact us for advice. If you would like assistance with configuring the attribute for release then please contact the OpenAthens service desk via the “report the issue” link above.
